The Department of Business Administration started it journey in July 2025 in a vision to transform into a leading business school that will enhance business education, leadership and entrepreneurial skills, research, and corporate excellence to serve the society in the 21st century.
The Department strives to maintain a student-centric, outcome-focused and highly resourceful learning ecosystem where the theoretical and practical business knowledge will be imparted to the learners so that they can contribute towards different contemporary business domains with logical and inquisitive mindset having the sense of ethical and social commitments.
The department currently offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program incorporating the latest Outcome Based Education (OBE) Curriculum with a distinct set of concentration: Accounting and Information System (AIS), Finance and Banking (F&B), Marketing (MKT), Management (MGT), Human Resource Management (HRM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and others. Through this program, students get an opportunity to develop their ability to understand necessary techniques for dealing with the economic, social, political and technological environment of the business firms, especially quantitative techniques and communication skills. It also aims at developing in students a wide appreciation of relevant subjects and of their importance in solving practical business problems.
The Department is enriched with highly qualified experienced faculty members with strong academic backgrounds as well as PhD Degrees. Moreover, the visiting professors from the renowned universities including the Khulna University (KU), Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and industry experts and professionals from numerous backgrounds are contributing to the growth of the Department. The Department ensures career-ready graduates through industry exposure and internship opportunities.
